Rose Anne Hughson founded Little Bites after seeing the results her strategies yielded while working to expand the diets of extremely selective eaters in special schools.

Rose Anne has been working with children with various food aversions, including severe anxiety around trying different foods, for several years, both in the UK and New Zealand. She loves being able to help children overcome their fear of new foods, tastes, textures and colours, Little Bite by Little Bite.

MAKING PROGRESS LITTLE BITE BY LITTLE BITE
The Little Bites programme is all about starting small and building on each progression, taking small steps and little bites to develop tastes for new food, one food at a time.
After evaluating your child’s eating habits and issues, we put together a personalised eating plan, along with custom-made resources especially for your child. We work with you the parent(s), 1:1, training and coaching you with proven, achievable strategies that will see your child go from anxious, selective eater to one who can confidently try new foods, Little Bite by Little Bite. These strategies, designed to be achievable at home, have been tried and tested on the most severe selective eaters – if they can do it, so can your child!
The Little Bites programme is not an instant fix, but we can be there every step of the way, offering support and guidance while you help your child take little bites and make steady progress on their journey to become a more confident eater. Consistency is the key, so the more you integrate our strategies into your everyday routines, the more your child will adapt and they quicker they will be happily eating healthy new foods.
